Our memory care wing is specially designed to meet the unique needs of those living with memory loss. A dedicated team of staff will ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and programming. With just 17 apartments, it is small enough to foster the feeling of family for those who reside here.

Dedicated, specially trained staff provide dignified, compassionate care—as well as programming that promotes social engagement and brain stimulation—for those experiencing dementia and who need assistance with activities of daily living or who are at risk of wandering.

Studio and one-bedroom apartments range in size from 440–560 square feet. Each includes a private bathroom and kitchenette, with a common dining room and living room just down the hall for socializing and dining, as well as a secured-entry courtyard for enjoying the outdoors.

Lyngblomsten takes care of all home maintenance, with utilities (garbage, recycling, heat, and electricity) included in your monthly rent. Rent ranges from $6,100-$6,550 per month, which includes basic assisted living services. Healthcare service plans range from $735-$9,210 per month.
