All home maintenance is taken care of by Lyngblomsten, with utilities (garbage, recycling, heat, and electricity) included in your monthly rent. Rent ranges from $3,950-$4,475 per month, which includes basic assisted living services. Healthcare service plans range from $735-$9,210 per month.
