A full-time Service Coordinator on staff assists with finding resources and arranging extra services residents may need.
Conveniences
Weekly services include dairy delivery and mobile post office. Coffee and toast (mornings) and coffee and cookies (afternoons) are served in the dining room 3 days/week.
Activities
A robust activities calendar is offered, plus outings planned and organized by residents (with staff assistance).
Utilities
Includes: water, sewer, garbage, and heat. There is a monthly HUD utility allowance.
Additional Services
Home Health Services
Home Health Services available 24 hours a day through Lyngblomsten Home Health Services: personal care, medication monitoring, homemaker, chore or escort services, and professional RN care coordination. Residents of the Lyngblomsten Apartments may contract for services with an outside home health agency if preferred. Learn more.
Meal Plans
Chef-prepared 3-course midday meal daily in the community dining room (20 meals/month minimum required).
