On-site Service Coordinator

A full-time Service/Activities Coordinator on staff assists with finding resources and arranging extra services residents may need.

Utilities & Amenities

Utilities include heat, water, air conditioning, electric, garbage, and cable. Each unit has a phone, which has an additional cost. In addition, WiFi is available for free.

Activities

A robust calendar of activities is offered—including art programs, exercise classes, monthly birthday parties, garden club, and more—plus outings planned and organized by residents (with staff assistance).

Meals

A chef-prepared 3-course midday meal/lunch is offered (at an additional fee) daily in the community dining room.  Breakfast (free) and dinner meals are available for pickup or delivery (additional fee).

Assisted Living Services

Assisted living services are available 24 hours a day through Lyngblomsten Home Health Services. Examples include laundry, housekeeping, personal care, medication monitoring, and escort services. Before moving in, all residents receive an assessment by a registered nurse to determine the level of care they need. A service contract is then prepared, describing the exact services to be provided and what the charges will be.  Learn more.

Transitional Care

The Lyngblomsten Care Center's Transitional Care Unit (TCU) offers short-term care after a hospitalization or illness, right on the same campus, so you can remain close to home.
