Welcome to Anna’s café and gift shop! Located on the first floor of the Lyngblomsten Care Center, this space is home to delicious food, thoughtful gifts, and events such as our annual Merry & Bright holiday open house. It’s a wonderful spot to share a laugh over a meal, pick up a card for someone special, or dive into a book.
Summer Hours
Monday through Friday: 10 AM to 3 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Noon to 4 PM
Hours subject to change daily based on availability of volunteers.
Anna's Cafe Menu
Food offerings include hot entrees, a salad bar, grab-n-go deli items, desserts, seasonal soups, and quick-cook foods such as chicken strips, corn dogs, mini pizzas, and egg rolls.
Gift Shop
Browse our gift shop for a variety of gift items, jewelry, greeting cards, personal care items, and limited grocery items. And check back often for new seasonal and holiday items!
The Namesake of Anna’s
The name of Lyngblomsten’s café and gift shop honors Anna Quale Fergstad, the woman who conceived the idea of a Christian home for the elderly more than a century ago and who led others to turn this vision into a reality. She served as the first and third president of Lyngblomsten.
Anna’s legacy lives on, and we honor her, and all those early women leaders of Lyngblomsten, by giving Anna’s name to our café and gift shop.
